Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us –

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.





Returns & Costs




🔁 Exchange



An exchange is possible provided the desired item is available.

Please select "Exchange" as the reason in the return process and contact us via email in advance.



📦 Return (Withdrawal)



  • The return must be made within 14 days of the declaration of withdrawal.
  • The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The buyer bears the cost of the return.
  • Shipping and return costs are not refunded.



Please note:

If products from collection or special promotions (e.g., "Buy 2, get 1 free") are returned, all associated items, including free items, must be returned to receive a full refund.

Consequences of Withdrawal



If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods within 20 working days at the latest after the goods have been received by us or proof of shipment is available.


  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • No refund fees will be incurred.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have been received by us.



You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.





Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal



The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


  • sealed goods for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
  • goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • custom-made (custom) products or discounted promotional items
